County Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Post-Inspection and Sanitation Fee: $60 per booking
Linen and Towels: Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are the responsibility of the guests. Arrangements may be made to rent these for $20 per bed/two guest sets.
Please notify us at the time of booking if you will need linen rental.
Refundable Security Deposit: Returned after inspection and inventory.
Payment
Full payment by check must be received within 7 days of
booking.
Upon receipt of full payment, confirmation and directions will follow.
Restrictions
No smoking or pets permitted

Cancellation
We require 30-day advance notice of cancellation for full refund less a $35 service fee.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival,
we will refund only if the home is re-booked.
